Shoreline Brands warrants HarborCrest bath hardware to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
Finishes are warranted against tarnishing, corrosion, and discoloration under normal residential use for the life of the original homeowner.

- Concealed mounting plates and fasteners are covered against structural failure under normal installation conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
- Commercial, industrial, and rental installations require a separate commercial warranty — contact us for coverage details.
- Damage caused by misuse, hanging weight beyond the piece’s rated capacity, improper installation, or removal is not covered.
- Damage from harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or acidic bathroom products voids the finish warranty.
- Labor costs for removal, reinstallation, and any resulting wall damage are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Care Guide
Routine Cleaning
