Return policy

Because our t-shirts are custom printed for you, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.

My t-shirt is flawed or different from what I ordered!

If there’s an issue with your product, please submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date to info@shorelinebrand.com attaching a picture. You’ll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order.

We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. You won’t need to return the t-shirt. We’ll send you a brand new one. 

I made the wrong order!

Be cool! Your order stays on hold for 2 hours after placing it, giving you the chance to fix it if necessary. Should this be the case, cancel your order and place a new one.

You can always try and send us an email to info@shorelinebrand.com including your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We’ll do our best to solve the problem. But, if your order has already been fulfilled, we have no power.

Our suggestion is to always double-check all your details and items before placing your order. It’s way easier!
