TideHaven Bathtubs

TideHaven Collection

TideHaven Bathtubs

Premium Acrylic Bathtubs and Pet Wash Stations. Built to Last.

The TideHaven Collection spans the full range of residential bathing — from a classic 60-inch alcove drop-in to flagship hydromassage and air-bath models, plus a pair of dedicated pet wash stations for at-home dog bathing. Every model is built on a premium acrylic shell with a reinforced fiberglass backing, finished in a high-gloss white that pairs cleanly with any palette, and engineered to coordinate with the BayCrest tub fillers and TideGate drains in the broader Shoreline lineup. Backed by our lifetime limited warranty.

Built for Comfort. Designed for Life.

Premium Acrylic Shell

Every TideHaven tub is built on a thick-gauge acrylic surface backed by reinforced fiberglass — lighter than cast iron, warmer to the touch than steel, and far more chip-resistant than enamel.

High-Gloss White Finish

A non-porous, color-stable white surface that resists staining, yellowing, and mineral etching — easy to clean with mild soap, no abrasives required.

Heat Retention

Acrylic insulates better than steel or enamel-coated cast iron — your bathwater stays hot longer, especially in deep-immersion soakers and hydromassage models.

Coordinated Plumbing

Designed to install with BayCrest freestanding tub fillers, HarborFlow lavatory faucets, and TideGate drains — a single Shoreline order can outfit the whole bathroom.

UL-Listed Pumps & Blowers

Hydromassage and air-bath models use UL-listed water pumps and blowers — the same North American electrical safety standard your major appliances meet.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every TideHaven tub is backed by Shoreline's lifetime limited structural warranty for the original homeowner — the same coverage standard as the rest of the Shoreline lineup.

The TideHaven Collection

Eight bathtub designs spanning alcove drop-ins, freestanding soakers, and full-feature hydromassage.

cUPC®
CERTIFIED

Certified for North American Plumbing & Electrical Codes

Every TideHaven bathtub carries cUPC® certification from IAPMO Research and Testing, ensuring the acrylic shell, drain, and overflow comply with the Uniform Plumbing Code in both the United States and Canada. Hydromassage models (Chatham, Coronado, Naples, and Marblehead) additionally carry ETL Listed marks from Intertek for North American electrical safety — the same standard your major appliances are built to.

Standards Met:

  • Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC®) — plastic bathtub fixtures
  • ASME A112.19.4 / CSA B45.5 — plastic plumbing fixtures
  • ETL Listed (Intertek) — hydromassage models only
  • UL 1795 (US) — hydromassage bathtubs
  • CSA C22.2 No. 218.2 (Canada) — hydromassage bathtub appliances

Frequently Asked Questions

A drop-in tub installs into a tiled platform or deck — only the rim is visible. An alcove (apron-front) tub fits between three walls with a finished apron on the front. A freestanding tub stands on its own with all four sides finished and visible, typically as a focal point in the room. The Sausalito (Q150A) installs as either alcove or drop-in. The Mendocino, Tiburon, Avalon, and Marblehead are freestanding. Hydromassage models (Chatham, Coronado, Naples) are also freestanding. The Marblehead is freestanding on a sculpted pedestal base — no drop-in platform or tile surround required.

The Stinson (Q173) and Tofino (Q210) are dedicated dog wash stations within the TideHaven line — same premium acrylic shell, same cUPC-listed plumbing rough-in, same lifetime warranty as the bathtubs, but engineered for at-home dog bathing rather than human soaking. The Stinson is a compact 37-inch round bowl that fits in a mudroom corner; the Tofino is a deeper 43-inch rectangular shell with an adjustable-height clear acrylic platform so small dogs are raised to a comfortable working height and large dogs stand on the floor of the tub. Both ship with a deck-mounted handheld sprayer for soaping, rinsing, and reaching every angle of a coat. They install on a standard residential drain and water-supply rough-in — no special groomer's plumbing required.

Yes. Every TideHaven hydromassage and air-bath model requires a dedicated 120V GFCI-protected circuit run directly to the tub's pump and blower. The GFCI breaker is required by code — it cuts power instantly if water reaches the electrical components. Always have a licensed electrician install the circuit; never share an existing outlet with a hydromassage tub.

An empty acrylic tub weighs 60–150 lbs depending on size and whether it's a hydromassage model. Filled, the same tub plus water plus a bather can weigh 600–1,200 lbs concentrated in a small area. Standard residential floor framing handles a 60" alcove tub without modification. For freestanding and corner hydromassage tubs over 53”, especially on second floors, we recommend having a contractor verify the floor joists meet local code for concentrated point loads. The Coronado and Naples both warrant a structural look before install.

Yes. Every TideHaven bathtub carries cUPC® certification from IAPMO Research and Testing — verified compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code in both the US and Canada. Hydromassage models (Chatham, Coronado, Naples, and Marblehead) also carry ETL Listed marks from Intertek, certified to UL 1795 (US) and CSA C22.2 No. 218.2 (Canada) for the electrical components. Note that the bathtub cUPC listing is separate from the BayCrest faucet line's cert — each Shoreline product family carries its own dedicated listing covering its specific category.

Yes — the Tiburon, Chatham, Coronado, Naples, Avalon, and Marblehead all ship with integrated deck-mounted faucet sets as standard. For some projects (renovations where you want to match an existing finish, or installs paired with a BayCrest floor-mount filler) you may prefer to delete the included faucet. Contact us before ordering to confirm whether a faucet-delete option is available on your selected model and what credit applies. The pet wash stations (Stinson, Tofino) ship with handheld sprayer hardware that's integral to the wash workflow — those are not configured with a faucet-delete option.

Warranty & Care Guide

Shoreline Brands stands behind every product we manufacture.

Lifetime Limited
Structural Warranty

Shoreline Brands warrants the TideHaven bathtub shell to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.

Lifetime Limited
Finish Wear-Through

The high-gloss white surface is warranted against staining, discoloration, and crazing under normal residential use for the life of the original homeowner.

Warranty Coverage

  • Acrylic shells are warranted free from manufacturing defects in materials, lamination, and forming for the life of the original purchaser.
  • The white gloss surface is warranted against staining, discoloration, yellowing, and crazing under normal residential use.
  • Drains, overflow assemblies, and integrated faucet sets are warranted against manufacturing defects and finish failure under normal operating conditions.
  • Hydromassage water pumps, air blowers, jets, and electrical control panels are warranted against component failure under normal use for the life of the product.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Commercial, industrial, hospitality, and rental installations require a separate commercial warranty — contact us for coverage details.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, including framing failure, inadequate floor support, or incorrect electrical hookup, is not covered.
  • Damage from abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, acidic products, solvents, dyes, hair colorants, or pressure washers voids the finish warranty.
  • Normal wear on consumable parts — aerators, handheld spray heads, drain trim, hose, and seat hardware — is not covered under this warranty.
  • Labor costs for removal, reinstallation, and any resulting water or property damage are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Care Guide

Daily Cleaning

  • Rinse the tub with warm water after every use to remove soap residue and skin oils.
  • Wipe down with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge — acrylic scratches more easily than enamel or porcelain.
  • For routine cleaning, use mild dish soap and warm water. That's all most tubs ever need.

Do Not Use

  • Abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool, or melamine-foam erasers — these will dull the high-gloss surface.
  • Acidic products (vinegar at full strength, citrus-based degreasers, lime-removers) directly on the acrylic.
  • Acetone, paint thinners, methyl ethyl ketone, or any solvent-based cleaner.
  • Hair colorants and dyes — these can stain the surface permanently. Rinse immediately if contact occurs.

Hydromassage & Air Bath Care

  • Run a system flush every 1–2 weeks: fill the tub, add a manufacturer-approved jetted-tub cleaner, run the jets for 10–15 minutes, drain, and refill briefly to rinse.
  • Wipe the jets and air ports clean after each use to prevent biofilm buildup inside the system plumbing.
  • Inspect the GFCI breaker monthly — press TEST, confirm it trips, then RESET. A failing GFCI is a safety risk.
  • Do not use bath oils, salts, or dense bubble baths in jetted models — they coat the internal plumbing and shorten pump life.

Long-Term Surface Protection

  • Wax the gloss surface every 6–12 months with a non-abrasive marine or auto-grade acrylic polish to refresh the shine.
  • Light scratches in acrylic can be polished out with a fine acrylic-restoration compound — enamel and porcelain cannot be restored this way, which is one of the practical advantages of acrylic.
  • Address any drip from the tub filler or drain promptly — standing water around the rim can stain over time.
