Built for Performance. Designed for Life.
Solid Brass Body
Every BayCrest tub filler is built on a forged solid brass body — heavier, stronger, and far more durable than plastic or zinc alloy alternatives. Brass resists corrosion and stands up to decades of daily bathroom use.
Ceramic Disc Cartridge
A 35mm ceramic disc cartridge rated for 500,000+ cycles delivers precise temperature control and drip-free operation year after year — critical for a freestanding tub filler.
cUPC® Certified
Certified by IAPMO for both US and Canadian plumbing codes. Compliant with ASME A112.18.1 and CSA B125.1 — the gold standard for residential plumbing fixtures.
Freestanding Design
Floor-mounted freestanding installation creates a striking visual centerpiece in the bathroom — no wall connections required, just clean lines rising from the floor.
Low-Lead Compliant
All wetted surfaces meet NSF/ANSI 372 low-lead standards — safe for potable water systems across every US state.
Three Designer Finishes
Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, and Brushed Gold — curated finishes that work across traditional, transitional, and modern bathrooms.
The BayCrest Collection
Two distinctive designs. One uncompromising standard of quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Freestanding tub fillers require a rough-in valve installed in the floor before the filler is mounted. This is different from wall-mount or deck-mount faucets. The rough-in includes hot and cold water supply lines that come up through the floor beneath the tub filler location. We strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed plumber.
In most cases, no additional reinforcement is needed beyond what a standard freestanding tub requires. The tub filler itself weighs 15-25 lbs — far less than the filled tub. However, the floor must be solid enough to support the tub filler base without flexing, and the rough-in plumbing must be properly supported below the subfloor.
Yes. Both the Biscayne and Mystic include an integrated handheld shower wand on a flexible hose. The wand mounts on a cradle attached to the filler body and detaches for rinsing hair, bathing children, or cleaning the tub. No additional purchase required.
The rough-in typically needs to be positioned at floor level where the tub filler base will sit. The exact positioning depends on your tub placement and the specific model. We recommend having your plumber review the installation specifications before the rough-in is complete — adjustments after tile or finished flooring is laid are costly.
BayCrest tub fillers are designed to work with most standard freestanding tubs. The key consideration is positioning — the filler needs to be placed where it can reach over the tub rim without the spout being too close or too far from the tub edge. Measure your tub position and compare it to the filler's spout reach before ordering.
