✓Natural color changes that occur in wood over time are not covered under warranty.

✗Accidents, abuse, misuse, stiletto heel indentation, or chemical/industrial product stains.

✗Improper installation and maintenance, insufficient protection, or alterations to the original product.

Care Guide

Preventive Care

•Use rugs at entrances to prevent sand and grit from scratching floors.

•Apply felt pads on all furniture legs to prevent scratches.

•Maintain 35%–55% humidity using humidifiers or dehumidifiers as needed.

•Avoid stiletto heels and spiked sport shoes on flooring.

Maintenance

•Wipe up spills quickly to protect from excess liquid.

•Sweep or vacuum regularly with a hard floor attachment only.

•Clean with wood floor cleaner — no waxes, polishes, or abrasive cleaners.

•Spray a light mist; mop in the direction of the strips.

•Use mineral spirits on a damp cloth for difficult stains.
